We undertake all types of general plumbing from the smallest repairs to full scope installations. All aspects of hot and cold water services are covered, if water flows through it we do it.

As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest technical standards, we are trained to comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999. These regulations are designed to protect consumers and the environment from poor water quality, unnecessary waste, misuse, and the contamination of wholesome water supplies. The regulations are a legal act and enforceable as law, all water systems must comply with these regulations and in certain circumstances customers are required to notify their local water company before commencing any plumbing work. Domestic plumbing systems can be subject to inspection and enforcement, breaches of the regulations could result in criminal prosecution if the breach is serious.

This training allows us to register as an Approved Contractor under the WIAPS (water industry approved plumbing scheme) and the more recently created WaterSafe scheme. This enables us to lawfully undertake all types of work relating to water systems fed from a mains water supply and some types of work that would require the water supplier to be notified can be undertaken without notification.
